From a roll of fabric to a finished pair
Every stage happens at our factory in Chirchiq — from cutting to washing and final inspection. One accountable manufacturer all the way.
Fabric
We select denim by weight, composition and fit — every roll passes incoming inspection.
Cutting
Patterns are built in our own system and cut in batches with minimal waste.
Sewing
Industrial JUKI machines and experienced seamstresses — even stitching and strong seams.
Washing
Our own washing facility: washing, ageing and the exact denim shade.
Quality control
Every pair is checked by hand — seams, hardware, sizes and colour.
Packing & shipping
We label, pack and ship to partners in Uzbekistan and Russia.
